This includes physical items as well as digital goods such as temporary numbers, gift cards, and accounts. Specifically, digital products that are banned due to misuse by the customer are also not eligible for refunds, emphasizing the importance of using these products within the guidelines provided.

Furthermore, Bearxpress offers customers the right to cancel their purchase within 5 days of the transaction, provided the product retains its original condition. This right to cancellation is an important aspect of our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, it's crucial to understand that this right is forfeited if the product is damaged or altered due to customer actions. Nonetheless, the natural wear that may occur from unpacking and testing the product's functionality is considered normal and does not disqualify you from receiving a refund.
